Pipe bridge <flange reinforcement type>
Even if the steel weight is somewhat heavier, it is more economical compared to truss reinforcement and arch reinforcement! A reinforcement method aimed at increasing the cross-sectional rigidity of the water pipe.
We would like to introduce our company's flange stiffening type "water pipe bridge." This stiffening method involves welding π-shaped or T-shaped stiffening beams to the upper or lower part of the water pipe, thereby increasing the cross-sectional rigidity of the water pipe. Depending on the span and diameter, it can be more economical than truss or arch stiffening, even if the steel weight is somewhat heavier. Flange stiffening can be broadly classified into two types: upper stiffening type (welding the stiffening beams above the steel pipe) and lower stiffening type (welding the stiffening beams below the steel pipe). 【Lineup】 ■ Upper stiffening type ■ Lower stiffening type *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
